Senior
running back Michael Bush passed up a shot at the NFL to try for a national
championship with Louisville. Instead, his season ended Sunday night after
he broke his right leg early in the third quarter of the 13th-ranked Cardinals'
59-28 win over Kentucky. Bush led the nation in scoring last season, averaging
14.4 points per game while scoring a school-record 23 rushing touchdowns.
Bush's injury cast a shadow over Louisville's fourth straight win over
their in-state rival.

a year in 2006 and 2007 to charity from their Individual Retirement
Accounts, free from tax. “This is great news for tax-wise donors
who wish to make an IRA contribution to UofL,” says Suzanne
Guss, assistant vice president for planned giving, 502-852-6954.
