Peg O’Neil is a seasoned global business leader with over three decades of experience driving operational excellence, strategic transformation and innovation at UPS. Most recently serving as President of International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Network Design and Optimization, Peg has focused on expanding UPS’s business into new sectors, including radioactive pharmaceuticals, cold-chain logistics, and international premium services. She collaborates across the organization to accelerate and enhance trade lane opportunities on a global scale. 
 
Known for her engineering acumen, financial insight, and collaborative leadership style, Peg consistently delivers results through process optimization, cost containment, and cross-functional team development. She has held progressive leadership roles across industrial engineering, operations, and logistics, including key contributions to international network expansions and facility automation. Peg was honored with the UPS Horizon Award in 2024, celebrating her visionary leadership, transformative contributions, and innovative impact across the global logistics network. 
 
A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Peg serves as Corporate Executive Lead for the UPS Pride Alliance and is recognized for building high-performing, inclusive teams. She is a trusted advisor to senior leadership, a mentor to emerging talent, and a respected change agent who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 
 
Peg holds a degree in Industrial Engineering (‘91) from the University of Louisville and is certified in Digital Fluency from Emory University. She is actively involved in the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board.
